New Dev Database

I have a new Development database setup on my network and exposed through the firewall. Before we convert to this database let's talk about what users and permissions we should setup to insure that people can open and test the code but only members have access to the login to administer the database. Sql Server administration is not my string point so any help is appreciated.

I think we need just two logins. The first login would be for the admin which would have the db_owner role.  The second login would be for the guest which would have the db_datareader and db_datawriter roles. The site could just use the guest account because it doesn't need admin privileges. But it doesn't really matter what we have in dev because all the real data will be in the production database. So after you migrate our code over to the production server, you will have to update the Web.config on that machine so that it connects to the production db and not to the dev db.
