Contact form that sends e-mail

After contact form submission, the administrator and the user should both receive an e-mail notification.

To develop the e-mail functionality of the site I'm using a fake e-mail server, smtp4dev, on my machine. Here is the tool: http://smtp4dev.codeplex.com. It allows you to view the e-mails your code generates by creating .eml files. I'm currently using Message View Lite (http://www.filecluster.com/Internet/Email-Clients/Download-Message-Viewer-Lite-msg-eml.html) to view my .eml files. Is there a free .eml viewer out there?

Instead of sending the email directly through SMTP. Use SQL server to batch send the e-mail notifications.
